Dramatics Acting Club Terms & Conditions
1. General
Dramatics Acting Club provides musical theatre classes including acting, singing, dancing, rehearsals, and stage productions for children and young people.
By enrolling a student, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Monthly Fees
Class fees are £28.00 per month.
Payment must be made before the 6th of each month.
Failure to make payment may result in a student’s place being paused until payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if Dramatics Acting Club is unable to run a scheduled lesson.
Where possible, missed lessons may instead be replaced with:
- additional rehearsals
- extra sessions
- bonus rehearsal weeks during longer months
No refunds are provided for student absence.
4. Attendance
Regular attendance is encouraged, especially during rehearsals and production periods.
If a student cannot attend, parents/guardians should inform Dramatics Acting Club as soon as possible.
5. Drop Off & Collection
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students are safely dropped off and collected promptly.
Parents do not remain inside lessons unless specifically requested.
6. Productions & Performances
All students participate in productions and showcases as part of Dramatics Acting Club.
Additional rehearsals may occasionally be scheduled during production periods.
Parents will receive notice of show dates, costume information, rehearsal schedules, and performance expectations.
7. Behaviour
Students are expected to:
- treat others with kindness and respect
- follow instructions from staff
- behave safely during classes and performances
- help create a positive environment for everyone
Persistent disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in parents being contacted.
8. Photography & Video
Dramatics Acting Club may use photographs and videos of students for:
- website content
- posters
- promotional material
- production advertising
Parents/guardians can indicate consent through the registration form.
9. Medical Information & First Aid
Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information.
Dramatics Acting Club holds a valid first aid certificate and basic first aid may be administered if required.
Emergency services will be contacted if necessary.
10. Safeguarding
Dramatics Acting Club is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students.
Any safeguarding concerns will be handled appropriately and confidentially.
